Returns and exchanges
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you can return it for exchange or a full refund ( less any shipping charges).
Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund. Please remember we cannot exchange or refund earrings due to hygiene reasons.

Items must be delivered to us within 15 days. Return shipping charges are non-refundable and are full responsibility of the customer so we recommend you an insured and trackable mail service.
Refunds will be made for the price of the item, excluding shipping fees.
Please note that there are no exchanges or refunds on custom and sale items.
