All items are shipped via Australia Post within 1 to 2 days after the payment is received; if you choose to pay with an eCheque, that it's not an instant payment, we send your parcel in 3-5 days, after the money is deposited.

All Fab and Fab items are individually packaged in gift boxes so that they are ready for gift-giving: they will ship in a rigid box.

It is possible to add signature on delivery. It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping address when you checkout.

Duties charged to recipients of international mail items are determined by the destination country. Because we have no control over these charges we are unable to advise what duties may apply. 

Customers are responsible for any extra duties, taxes, or shipping fees that may be charged by their specific locality. 

Please note, any order that is returned to Fab and Fab because it is unclaimed by the customer or because the customer refuses to pay any extra fees, cannot be fully refunded but the customer will receive a store credit for the returned merchandise.
